Distribution License

Every MEDICAL DEVICE circulating in Indonesia must have a distribution permit, and be distributed by a MEDICAL DEVICE DISTRIBUTOR who has a medical device distribution license.

MEDICAL DEVICE DISTRIBUTOR is a company in the form of a legal entity in the form of a Limited Liability Company or a Cooperative that has a license to carry out a series of distribution activities or delivery of medical devices.

  1. Companies in the form of legal entities in the form of Limited Liability Companies or Cooperatives that have permits to carry out a series of distribution activities or delivery of medical devices.
  2. Medical Devices Distributor Permit issued by the Ministry of Health
  3. Medical device distribution/delivery activities can be carried out throughout Indonesia from the Medical Device Distributor’s location.
